I'm Donald Pollitt, a UX consultant and founder of Octokata Consulting, based in Cypress, Texas. My background spans 20 years of military leadership, a Master's in User Experience, and hands-on work in accessibility compliance, graphic design, and user research. I founded Octokata to help businesses build digital experiences that work for everyone, and to do it with the precision and accountability that comes from years of getting things right under pressure.
